This year the LEAPS Plenary Meeting was hosted by SOLEIL. This was an ideal opportunity for the LEAPS INNOV Superflat Workpackage participants to meet for an update of the task progress. The WP meeting was held in hybrid mode. For the onsite participants it was also an opportunity to visit the metrology facilities of the SOLEIL optics group.
